These brushes are fantastic!! Ok - there's a learning curve. Lynne has videos on you tube that shows you how to load and use the brushes - quite helpful. Practice makes perfect. It's a completely different way to float - and I LOVE it! I also love working in layers of washes. Lynne's floating technique is my new preferred way to float - it looks so neat and clean, much less harsh looking, and less work to soften the look - and once you catch on, it's effortless. LOVE THESE!! If you aren't sure, buy just one (#8 would be a good size for a lot of projects) Watch Lynne's videos and practice while you watch. She's a good teacher! It's hard to watch just the technique instead of watching the magic the brush creates. I knew I was going to love them so I purchased whole set. No regrets! LOVE LOVE LOVE these!
