Welcome! What a blessing to be able to share my website with you.My name is Lynne Andrews. I am a self-taught folk artist and native New Englander. I live in a 1705 historic
cape with my husband, Ken, and our three cats. Our two sons, Jesse and Zach, are grown and on their own, so I finally have time to devote to my passion -- painting!
My studio is just a few steps away from the back door. My husband converted our barn into a studio and workshop, which has become a creative sanctuary for me.
I am an active member of two New England
Society of Decorative Painters chapters, Little Rhody Rembrandts and Yankee Heritage Tole. I travel teach as well as hold classes and workshops out of my studio.
I have designed numerous pattern packets as well as my first book, "Winter Blessings." I am presently under contract with a licensing agent and will have a second book ready by Spring 2006.
My painting is an extension of me. It comes from the heart and my hope is that it somehow touches yours.
